BREATHING


We are born with full, spontaneous and effortless breathing. But as we experience the world and become increasingly more stressed and caught up in our lives we begin to restrict our breathing; indeed we forget how to breathe. Meditation and the idea of ‘being in the moment’ are founded on the connection between Self, breath and all else.

Breathing fully has many emotional and physical health benefits and is fundamental to developing both body and self-awareness. Voice 360’s breathing programs aim to facilitate the development of full and unrestricted breathing.
